QLPIPESINDUSTRY signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Sinoma-int

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, QLPIPESINDUSTRY (002457.SZ) announced that the company recently signed a "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" with Sinoma-int. The cooperation content includes:

Collaboration in engineering business, sharing market dynamics and project information within specific agreed areas, jointly promoting the development of domestic and overseas supply and drainage, water treatment, municipal, and water-saving irrigation engineering markets. Under the premise of complying with laws and regulations and relevant provisions of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, under equal conditions, the products and services of the other party will be prioritized in projects led by both parties.

Cooperation in overseas production capacity layout, QLPIPESINDUSTRY already has 19 production bases in China, with rich experience in large-scale production and management. The company intends to establish overseas pipeline manufacturing bases in key cooperation markets to better serve overseas projects and market demands. Sinoma-int will utilize its local resource advantages and international operating network to provide necessary assistance for the preliminary preparation of QLPIPESINDUSTRY's overseas manufacturing bases and offer engineering construction services for factory construction. Regarding the needs for overseas base construction, QLPIPESINDUSTRY may consider settling in industrial parks that Sinoma-int has built or is planning to build in relevant countries overseas in a manner recognized by both parties. Within the policy permission scope of China National Building Material Group, both parties may choose key countries and projects to explore the feasibility of jointly investing in the construction of pipeline and concrete product manufacturing bases, and will sign another agreement to specify the details of the joint venture cooperation model.

Product sales cooperation, Sinoma-int will use its international operating network to promote and sell QLPIPESINDUSTRY's products through agency sales or other mutually recognized models, utilizing its customer channels and prioritizing the recommendation of QLPIPESINDUSTRY's products in its own contracted engineering projects to assist in the promotion and sales of QLPIPESINDUSTRY's pipeline products in the international market.

Joint product development, in response to the differentiated needs of different regional markets overseas, both parties will leverage their respective research resources and leading technologies to jointly carry out new product development suitable for the international market.

Cooperation in mixed tower business, combining Sinoma-int's comprehensive international advantages and mixed tower research and design advantages with QLPIPESINDUSTRY's specialized production capabilities in mixed towers domestically, both parties intend to carry out collaborative cooperation in mixed tower business in the global market, specifically considering applicable technologies, delivery, compliance, and other requirements, and under the principle of commercial reasonableness, "one matter, one discussion."

Sharing local resources, utilizing global local country resources and channels, Sinoma-int will provide localized support for QLPIPESINDUSTRY's international strategy and market research and development work.
