LINOR announced that the company's controlling shareholder's concerted action party, Ruian Nord Investment Partnership, holds 2.979 million shares, accounting for 2.1590%, and plans to reduce its entire shareholding through centralized bidding and block trading; the controlling shareholder and actual controller, Yu Jianping, holds 8.005 million shares, accounting for 5.8016%, and intends to reduce 100,000 shares, accounting for 0.0725%; shareholder Wu Ping, holding more than 5%, holds 7.9645 million shares, accounting for 5.7723%, and plans to reduce 1.38 million shares, accounting for 1.0002%; senior management personnel Li Xuemei holds 84,000 shares, accounting for 0.0609%, and intends to reduce no more than 21,000 shares, accounting for 0.0152%. The reduction period is from October 23, 2025, to January 22, 2026
