According to the Zhitong Finance APP, WONDFO BIOTECH (300482.SZ) announced that the company plans to use its own funds to repurchase some of its shares through centralized bidding. The repurchased shares will be used entirely for implementing equity incentives or employee stock ownership plans. The total amount of funds for the repurchase will not be less than 30 million yuan (inclusive) and not exceed 60 million yuan (inclusive), with the repurchase price not exceeding 34.66 yuan per share (inclusive).
