FANGYUAN announced that Zhongke Baiyun holds 24.74 million shares of the company, accounting for 4.85%. Due to fund allocation arrangements, it plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 5.1 million shares, accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding from the expiration of three trading days after the disclosure until December 26, 2025. Previously, from June 13 to September 12, 2025, Zhongke Baiyun had reduced its holdings by 400,000 shares, accounting for 0.08%, with a reduction price range of 6-6.79 yuan/share
