Qijing Machinery announced that the company held its second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025 on September 23, 2025, where it approved the proposals for the election of non-independent directors and independent directors of the fifth board of directors. After the board of directors' election was completed at the shareholders' meeting, the company held the first meeting of the fifth board of directors on the same day, where relevant proposals were approved. The fifth board of directors is chaired by Mr. Mei Xuhui, and the board members include Mr. Mei Xuhui, Mr. Wang Weidong, Mr. Zhou Chen, Mr. Wang Dongsheng, Mr. Li Hengsheng, Mr. Miao Kai, Mr. Shan Aidang, Mr. Cao Yue, and Mr. Pan Jun.
