# MGL New Materials: Yindi and others reduced their holdings by 2.33% from June to September

MGL New Materials announced that Beijing Yindi Investment Co., Ltd. and its concerted parties, Lianyungang Honglai Enterprise Management Partnership and Yancheng New Lithium Technology Co., Ltd., will reduce their holdings by a total of 10.701 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading from June 23, 2025, to September 22, 2025, representing a reduction ratio of 2.33%. Lu Chunquan and his concerted parties, Qiongcheng Purun Lifan Investment Partnership, will reduce their holdings by a total of 5.6641 million shares during the same period, representing a reduction ratio of 1.23%. After the reduction, the two parties will hold 7.80% and 4.91% of the shares, respectively
