# NUR HOLDINGS issued a profit warning, expecting the annual loss attributable to shareholders to increase to approximately HKD 50 million to 60 million

> NUR HOLDINGS issued a profit warning, expecting the annual loss attributable to company owners for the year ending June 30, 2025, to increase to approximately HKD 50 million to 60 million, a significant increase from the loss of HKD 8.629 million for the year ending June 30, 2024. The board pointed out that the increase in loss is mainly due to a fair value loss of approximately HKD 20 million on financial liabilities, as well as the inability to repeat the prior year's recovery of bad debts from other receivables

According to the announcement from NUR HOLDINGS (00254), the company expects to incur a loss attributable to owners of approximately HKD 50 million to HKD 60 million for the year ending June 30, 2025, while for the year ending June 30, 2024, the loss attributable to owners was approximately HKD 8.629 million.

The board believes that the increase in losses this year is mainly due to a fair value loss of approximately HKD 20 million on financial liabilities measured at fair value through profit or loss; and the reversal of bad debt provisions for other receivables of approximately HKD 26.772 million recognized in the previous year did not occur this year
