# Kingsun Share: Ruizhong Life Insurance reduced its holdings by 0.67% of the company's shares

Kingsun Share announced that Ruizhong Life Insurance Co., Ltd. reduced its holdings of Kingsun Share by 9.5523 million shares through centralized bidding in the secondary market from September 8, 2025, to September 22, 2025, accounting for 0.67% of the company's total share capital, with an average reduction price of 2.51 yuan/share. After this reduction, Ruizhong Life Insurance holds 71.8297 million shares of Kingsun Share, accounting for 5.00% of the company's total share capital. Ruizhong Life Insurance does not rule out the possibility of continuing to increase or reduce its holdings within the next 12 months
