# MOON-TECH: 4 directors plan to reduce their holdings by 0.0229%

MOON-TECH announced that directors Zhao Baoguo, Shu Jianguo, Lu Shaobin, and vice president Jiao Yuxue plan to reduce their holdings due to personal funding needs. From October 24, 2025, to January 23, 2026, they intend to sell 81,250 shares, 48,750 shares, 48,750 shares, and 48,750 shares respectively, totaling no more than 227,500 shares, accounting for 0.0229% of the company's total share capital. The selling price will be determined based on market prices
