# KSTAR plans to grant 7,489,200 stock options

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, KSTAR (002518.SZ) has disclosed the draft of the 2025 stock option incentive plan, proposing to grant a total of 7,489,200 stock options to the incentive recipients, of which 6,489,200 will be granted initially at an exercise price of 30.26 yuan per option. The total number of initial incentive recipients is 476. This incentive plan is valid from the date of completion of the initial stock option grant registration until all stock options granted to the incentive recipients are exercised or canceled, with a maximum duration of no more than 60 months
