# Global Top: Due to a dispute over the securities repurchase contract, shareholders will passively reduce their holdings by no more than 1%

Global Top announced that its shareholder Yang Jianxin, who holds more than 5% of the shares, and his concerted actor Xinyu Ruijing, due to a dispute over the securities repurchase contract, will have a portion of their shares in Global Top enforced. Within three months after the 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, they plan to passively dispose of no more than 15,477,425 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 1% of the total shares of the company
