According to the Zhitong Finance APP, NXGF (002757.SZ) announced that the company's controlling shareholder Dongguan Nanxing Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. and Deputy General Managers Mr. Tan Fuhua and Mr. He Jianwei plan to reduce their holdings in the company. Nanxing Investment plans to reduce its shareholding by no more than 8.863 million shares, accounting for no more than 3% of the company's total share capital; Mr. Tan Fuhua plans to reduce his shareholding by no more than 56,000 shares, accounting for no more than 0.02% of the company's total share capital; Mr. He Jianwei plans to reduce his shareholding by no more than 33,000 shares, accounting for no more than 0.01% of the company's total share capital
