# SHENGJINGBANK: Liu Yan resigned from the positions of chairman of the supervisory board and shareholder supervisor

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, SHENGJINGBANK (02066) stated that Mr. Liu Yan has resigned from his positions as the Chairman of the Eighth Supervisory Board, Shareholder Supervisor, Vice Chairman of the Nomination Committee of the Supervisory Board, and Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Committee of the Supervisory Board due to work arrangements, effective September 23, 2025
