The Financial Secretary's Corporation purchased part of the retail space at Dajiao Zui Aoyu for HKD 96 million earlier this month, with an area of over 8,000 square feet and a price per square foot of approximately HKD 12,000.

According to the information, the developer of the aforementioned project, CHEVALIER INT'L (00025.HK), offered it for sale in 2022 through "private negotiations," with an initial asking price of around HKD 200 million. However, based on the current transaction price, it is HKD 104 million or 52% lower than three years ago. It is understood that the property may serve as a social welfare facility
