The business scope includes: artificial intelligence application software development; artificial intelligence basic resources and technology platform; artificial intelligence general application systems; artificial intelligence industry application system integration services, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by Zhuhai Zhipu Linghang Technology Co., Ltd. and Zhuhai Huafa Digital Technology Co., Ltd., both of which are affiliated companies of Zhipu AI under Beijing Zhipu Huazhang Technology Co., Ltd
