JADARD: Vice President Xie Ruizhang resigned for personal reasons
On September 24th, JADARD announced that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from Deputy General Manager Xie Ruizhang. Due to personal reasons, Xie Ruizhang applied to resign from the position of Deputy General Manager of the company and will no longer hold any positions in the company or its holding subsidiaries after the resignation. Xie Ruizhang's resignation letter will take effect from the date it is delivered to the company's board of directors
