# Nedfon's controlling shareholder's concerted action reduces holdings, equity changes reach multiples of 1%

On August 21, 2025, Guangdong Nedfon Air System Co., Ltd. disclosed a pre-announcement of shareholder reduction, stating that its controlling shareholder and actual controller's concerted actor, Zhenzhong Investment, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 680,000 shares, which is no more than 1% of the total share capital. From September 23 to 24, Zhenzhong Investment cumulatively reduced its holdings by 567,000 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.83% of the total share capital. After this equity change, the combined shareholding ratio of the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, and their concerted actors decreased from 72.61% to 71.78%, reaching an integer multiple of 1%. This change will not lead to a change in the company's control, nor will it affect the company's governance, equity structure, and ongoing operations. The reduction plan is still in progress
