According to the announcement from WUXI LIFE (08148), all conditions set forth in the placement agreement have been met, and the completion was implemented on September 24, 2025. The placement agent has successfully placed a total of 76,358,400 placement shares at a placement price of HKD 0.59 per share to no fewer than 6 subscribers in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement
