# Hangyang Limited: Hangyang Special Gas plans to guarantee a loan of 15 million for its subsidiary Wanda Gas

On September 24, 2025, Hangyang Limited held a board meeting and agreed to provide a guarantee for the working capital loan application of its wholly-owned subsidiary Wanda Gas to Hangzhou Bank, which does not exceed 15 million yuan. The guarantee amount accounts for 0.1632% of the company's most recent audited net assets attributable to shareholders. Once approved, the total approved external guarantee amount for the company and its controlling subsidiaries will reach 2,080.66 million yuan, accounting for 22.63%. Wanda Gas was established in 2004 and mainly engages in gas-related businesses, and is not a dishonest executor. The guarantee agreement is pending signature, and the board believes that the risk of this guarantee is controllable, aligns with the company's interests, and will not harm the rights and interests of shareholders
