Approved by the shareholders' meeting on May 9, 2024, the company applied for the unified registration of non-financial corporate debt financing instruments. On September 24, the company completed the issuance of 1 billion yuan of medium-term notes, with the funds received. The notes are referred to as "25 Lu Gao Su Guo MTN003," with code 102584038, a term of 2+N years, interest start date of September 24, and maturity date of December 31, 2099, with an issuance interest rate of 2.06%. There were 20 compliant subscription accounts, amounting to 378 million yuan; 11 effective subscription accounts, amounting to 140 million yuan. The bookrunner and lead underwriter is China Merchants Bank, with Beijing Bank as the co-lead underwriter
