Li Xin holds 49,046,593 shares of the company, accounting for 31.21% of the total share capital. This time, 7,500,000 shares were pledged, accounting for 15.29% of his holdings and 4.77% of the total share capital. After this pledge, the cumulative pledge amounts to 26,180,000 shares, accounting for 53.38% of his holdings and 16.66% of the total share capital. There are 10,000,000 shares of pledged stock maturing within the next six months, corresponding to a financing balance of 150 million yuan; there are 8,680,000 shares of pledged stock maturing within the next year, corresponding to a financing balance of 150 million yuan.
