On September 23, 2025, Xinjie Electric learned that the shares of its controlling shareholder and actual controller Li Xin were partially pledged. Li Xin holds 49,046,593 shares of the company, accounting for 31.21% of the total share capital. This time, 7,500,000 shares were pledged, accounting for 15.29% of his holdings and 4.77% of the total share capital. After this pledge, the cumulative pledge amounts to 26,180,000 shares, accounting for 53.38% of his holdings and 16.66% of the total share capital. There are 10,000,000 shares of pledged stock maturing within the next six months, corresponding to a financing balance of 150 million yuan; there are 8,680,000 shares of pledged stock maturing within the next year, corresponding to a financing balance of 150 million yuan. The controlling shareholder has the ability to repay the funds, and this pledge does not affect the company's control and operations
