# FLYCO: The joint venture Pure Rice Technology has been approved to be listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations system

FLYCO announced that its associate company Chunmi Technology recently received a letter from the National Equities Exchange and Quotations Co., Ltd. stating that it agrees to the public transfer of Chunmi Technology Co., Ltd. shares and its listing on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations system. Chunmi Technology is mainly engaged in the design, research and development, production, and sales of small household appliances, and FLYCO holds a 13.7945% equity stake in it. After Chunmi Technology is listed, it will still be an associate company of FLYCO, and the company will use the equity method for accounting, which is expected to have no significant impact on FLYCO's financial condition and operating results
