# Hongta Securities' shareholder YunTou Group terminates the agreement to transfer company shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Hongta Securities (601236.SH) announced that its shareholder holding more than 5%, Yunnan Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yunnan Investment Group"), intends to transfer its 817 million shares (accounting for 17.33% of the company's total share capital) to its subsidiary Yunnan Yuntou Capital Operation Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yuntou Capital") on July 17, 2023; on August 9, 2023, Yunnan Investment Group and Yuntou Capital signed the "Share Transfer Agreement for Hongta Securities Co., Ltd." On September 23, 2025, the company received a notice from Yunnan Investment Group regarding the "Termination of Non-Public Agreement Share Transfer Matters," stating that Yunnan Investment Group and Yuntou Capital reached a consensus to terminate the previously signed "Share Transfer Agreement for Hongta Securities Co., Ltd." and to end this non-public agreement share transfer transaction and related follow-up work
