# JLQ plans to sell a 35% stake in Junhui Aviation to focus on core business

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JLQ (301586.SZ) announced that the company plans to transfer its 35% equity stake in the affiliated company Xi'an Junhui Aviation Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Junhui Aviation") to Anhui Yunshu Zhihang Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yunshu Zhihang"), which is controlled by the company's actual controller, at a transaction price of 20.869905 million yuan. Xi'an Zhuncheng Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership) plans to transfer its 16.7965% equity stake in Junhui Aviation to Yunshu Zhihang, Pan Qifan plans to transfer his 3.6301% equity stake in Junhui Aviation to Yunshu Zhihang, Zhang Bingrong plans to transfer his 2.6889% equity stake in Junhui Aviation to Yunshu Zhihang, and Liu Yong plans to transfer his 1.9500% equity stake in Junhui Aviation to Yunshu Zhihang. The company waives its right of first refusal for this equity transfer. This sale aims to further focus on core business and enhance the competitiveness of the main business
