# SIGLENT: Plans to terminate the inquiry transfer plan early

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SIGLENT (688112.SH) announced that on September 22, 2025, the company released the "SIGLENT Shareholder Inquiry Transfer Plan." The shareholders proposed for inquiry transfer are Qin Ke, Shao Haitao, Zhao Yafeng, Shenzhen Dingli Xiangyang Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership), Shenzhen Zhongli Kangding Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership), and Shenzhen Boshi Tongyu Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership). The total number of shares to be transferred by the sellers is 3.184 million shares, accounting for 2% of the company's total share capital at the time of the announcement. Based on the inquiry subscription situation on September 23, 2025, the preliminary determined inquiry transfer price is 34.15 yuan/share, corresponding to an effective subscription multiple of 3.37 times the transfer floor price. After communication among all parties, it is proposed to terminate this inquiry transfer plan in advance
