# Ronshin Group: Rongchuang Rongying used its own funds of 16.32 million yuan to acquire 42% and 9% equity in Youxue Baobei held by Bian Jikang and Ma Li, respectively

Ronshin Group announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Rongchuang Rongying has acquired 42% and 9% equity stakes in Youxue Baobei held by Bian Jikang and Ma Li, respectively, for a total of 16.32 million yuan in self-owned funds. Upon completion of the transaction, Rongchuang Rongying will hold a 51% equity stake in Youxue Baobei. This transaction aims to enrich product categories, expand business areas, and enhance the company's overall competitiveness. From January to May 2025, Youxue Baobei achieved operating income of 28.3426 million yuan and net profit of 4.2984 million yuan
