# Ronshin Group's subsidiary Rongchuang Rongying plans to acquire 51% equity in Youxue Baobei

According to the announcement from Rongxin Culture (301231.SZ), the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Xi'an Rongchuang Rongying Education Culture Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Rongchuang Rongying"), intends to use its own funds of 16.32 million yuan to purchase 42% and 9% equity stakes held by Bian Jikang and Ma Li, respectively, in Wuhan Youxue Baobei Book Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Youxue Baobei") and will make the investment payment in installments. Upon completion of this transaction, Rongchuang Rongying will hold 51% of the equity in Youxue Baobei, which will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.

The purpose of this equity purchase by the wholly-owned subsidiary is to leverage the target company's advantages, such as high-quality exclusive book resources and stable e-commerce channels, to enhance the company's strategic layout in the niche market of imported English original children's books
