# Oriental Energy: Ma Sen increased holdings in Zhangjiagang by 0.34%

Oriental Energy announced that its controlling shareholder's concerted action party, Ma Sen Energy Co., Ltd., increased its holdings of the company's shares by 5.3093 million shares through centralized bidding from September 22 to September 24, 2025, accounting for 0.34% of the company's total share capital, with a transaction amount of 45.6488 million yuan; the combined shareholding ratio of Oriental Petroleum and its concerted action parties increased from 40.66% to 41.00%. The increase plan is set for 6 months starting from April 9, 2025, with a proposed cumulative increase of no less than 1.9% and no more than 2%, which has not yet been completed
