# DZCM plans to reduce its capital by 20.3354 million yuan to exit Beijing Wangcai

On September 24, 2025, the 19th meeting of the fifth board of directors of Reader Publishing Media Co., Ltd. reviewed and approved the proposal to withdraw from Beijing Wangcai Media Advertising Co., Ltd. Beijing Wangcai was established in October 2012, and Reader Media holds a 60% stake. As of August 31, 2025, its total assets were 34.6347 million yuan, total liabilities were 754,700 yuan, and net assets were 33.88 million yuan. After evaluation, the value of the 60% equity held by Reader Media is 20.3354 million yuan, and the company will reduce its capital accordingly to exit. This withdrawal is a move by the company to deepen reforms and improve quality and efficiency, which is beneficial for enhancing operational performance and management quality, supporting high-quality development. An agreement will be signed subsequently to complete the public announcement, industrial and commercial changes, and other procedures
