Suzhou Veichi Electric Technology Co., Ltd. announced the implementation of the 2025 semi-annual profit distribution plan. This profit distribution plan was approved at the extraordinary shareholders' meeting on September 10, 2025. The equity registration date is September 30, and the ex-dividend date and cash dividend payment date are October 9. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 1.5 yuan for every 10 shares based on the total share capital minus the shares held in the repurchase special securities account as of the registration date.
