# HGPE plans to grant no more than 398,700 restricted shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, HGPE (301261.SZ) disclosed the draft of the 2025 restricted stock incentive plan, proposing to grant a total of no more than 398,700 restricted stocks to the incentive recipients (with the initial grant of 358,800 restricted stocks), at a grant price of 46.07 yuan per share. The number of initial grant recipients will not exceed 127 individuals. The validity period of this incentive plan is from the date of the first grant of restricted stocks until the date when all granted restricted stocks are fully vested or become invalid, with a maximum duration of no more than 48 months
