According to the Zhitong Finance APP, FOCUS (301283.SZ) announced that the company's shareholder Mr. Zheng Chaoyang plans to reduce his holdings by a total of no more than 2.4125 million shares (i.e., no more than 3.00% of the company's total share capital) within three months after the 15 trading days from the announcement of this reduction plan
