# Centec Communications: The National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund's shareholding ratio has decreased to 15%

According to the announcement from Smart Finance APP, Centec Communications (688702.SH) has recently received a "Notice of Equity Change Reaching 5% Threshold" and a "Simplified Equity Change Report" issued by its shareholder holding more than 5%, the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Industry Fund"). Between January 14, 2025, and September 24, 2025, the Industry Fund reduced its holdings in the company by a total of 18.8569 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading, decreasing its shareholding ratio from 19.60% to 15.00%, which touches the 5% threshold for equity change
