# Multiple shareholders and directors of BRILLIANCE TECH. plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 2.0316%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, BRILLIANCE TECH. (300542.SZ) announced that the company received notification letters regarding the share reduction plan from Mr. Kang Lu, a shareholder and director holding more than 5% of the shares, Mr. Zhang Yansheng, a shareholder and director holding more than 5% of the shares, Mr. Xu Lianping, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares, and Mr. Yang Hanjie, a director. Due to personal funding needs, they plan to reduce their directly held shares in the company. The aforementioned shareholders plan to collectively reduce 6.0655 million shares, accounting for 2.0316% of the company's total share capital
