According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, HUAXI Securities (002926.SZ) announced that its shareholder Sichuan Jian'nanchun (Group) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jian'nanchun Company") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 26.25 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, which means the reduction will not exceed 1% of the company's total share capital
