The prospectus shows that Shan Jin International is one of China's leading gold producers, primarily engaged in the exploration, mining, and selection of gold, silver, lead, zinc, and other non-ferrous metals, as well as metal trading. According to Frost & Sullivan, Shan Jin International is the most profitable and cost-effective gold producer among listed gold companies in China, based on gross profit margin and cost of gold mining.

Shan Jin International ranks sixth among Chinese gold producers in terms of gold output and fourth in terms of gold reserves. The company's gold resource volume has seen significant growth during the track record period, reaching 284.6 tons as of June 30, 2025, nearly doubling from 146.7 tons as of December 31, 2023. For the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, Shan Jin International's all-in sustaining cost for gold was USD 683.5 per ounce, placing it in the top 10% of the global gold mining all-in sustaining cost curve, while the global average for that year was USD 1,438.1 per ounce.

Shan Jin International owns and operates six mining enterprises located in China and Namibia. Among them, five gold mining enterprises have six mining licenses, 29 exploration licenses, and four exploration licenses under application, while one polymetallic mining enterprise has three mining licenses and six exploration licenses.

The Qinghai Dachaidan Xijingou open-pit mining expansion project is expected to be completed and put into production before 2028; the Mangshi Huasheng Gold Mine is expected to achieve an annual gold output of 1.9 tons after completion; the Twin Mountains Gold Mine is the largest gold mining project in Namibia, expected to produce 5.1 tons of gold annually after production begins, with the project expected to be completed by 2027; as mines such as Yulong Mining Bayanwuduri Mining Area are completed, annual silver output is expected to increase by over 83.5 tons, with this mining area expected to be completed by 2028, significantly enhancing the production of silver, lead, and zinc metals.

In terms of finances, for the fiscal years 2022, 2023, 2024, and the six months ending June 30, 2025, the company achieved revenues of approximately RMB 8.373 billion, RMB 8.095 billion, RMB 13.58 billion, and RMB 9.241 billion, respectively; during the same periods, profits were approximately RMB 1.247 billion, RMB 1.566 billion, RMB 2.438 billion, and RMB 1.773 billion, respectively.
