Recently, Shanghai PRIMARIUS Electronics Co., Ltd. participated in the establishment of the investment fund Shanghai LinKe XinLun Venture Capital Partnership, which has completed the private investment fund filing and business registration changes, with PRIMARIUS Electronics registered as a limited partner. Previously, the relevant proposals of the company were reviewed and approved by the board of directors and the shareholders' meeting, agreeing to contribute no more than 250 million yuan as a limited partner. Currently, the investment fund's contribution amount has increased from 1 billion yuan to 1.3371421 billion yuan.
