According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ZANGGE MINING (000408.SZ) announced that its shareholder Ningbo Meishan Bonded Port Area Xinsha Hongyun Investment Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Xinsha Hongyun Investment") plans to reduce its holdings in the company by a total of no more than 9.337 million shares through centralized bidding or block trading from October 24, 2025, to January 23, 2026, which is no more than 0.60% of the total share capital after excluding the company's repurchased shares
