# MicuRx shareholders Genie Pharma publicly solicit votes to oppose certain proposals

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, MicuRx (688373.SH) announced that its shareholder Genie Pharma voted against multiple proposals at the company's second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025. Genie Pharma holds a total of 71.5728 million shares in the company, accounting for 10.92% of the total shares. The voting rights solicitation period is from September 25, 2025, to October 6, 2025. The reasons for the opposition from the solicitors include uncertainties regarding the participation of Haiqing Pharmaceutical in the private placement funding, risks of sales channel and personnel overlap, slower-than-expected progress of fundraising projects, uncertainties in enhancing profitability through Haiqing Pharmaceutical's production capacity, and limited synergy effects in the R&D field
