# MicuRx shareholders Genie Pharma propose to add a temporary proposal regarding the removal and election of directors

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, MicuRx (688373.SH) announced that its shareholder Genie Pharma proposed a temporary motion on September 24, 2025, to add a proposal to dismiss ZHENGYU YUAN, Li Zhile, and Wu Pancheng from their positions as directors of the company's second board of directors, as well as to elect Yang Zongfan, Wang Yong, and Xu Yuchao as directors of the company's second board of directors. The shareholders' meeting was originally scheduled for October 9, 2025. After adding the temporary motion, the agenda will include the original proposals and the newly added proposals for the dismissal and election of directors
