# The United States officially lowers tariffs on EU automobiles, effective August 1, 2025

Among the European automotive manufacturing concept stocks, Porsche P911 rose by 2.8%, Faurecia rose by 1.97%, Auto1 rose by 1.7%, Volkswagen fell by 0.1%, and Saint-Gobain, Volvo, Aston Martin, and Stellantis fell by more than 2% at most. The euro against the US dollar is currently down by 0.63%, quoted at 1.1740.
