# NIO's stock price fluctuated after the key product launch, with attention on the order speed

Eugene Hsiao, head of China equity strategy at Macquarie Capital, stated that the decline in stock price may be due to the market's perception that Nio has no further near-term catalysts following the product launch. He noted that product launches from other Chinese electric vehicle manufacturers, such as XPeng and Li Auto, have also led to similar stock price movements in the past
