# Huangshan Yongxin: All shares held by ORG Technology, a shareholder with more than 5% stake, have been released from pledge

Huangshan Yongxin Co., Ltd. announced that on September 24th, it received a notice from its shareholder ORG Technology Co., Ltd. stating that it has lifted the pledge on 33,267,000 shares, accounting for 24.46% of its holdings and 5.43% of the company's total share capital. The pledgee is China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd. Shanghai Branch. As of the date of the notice, ORG Technology and its wholly-owned subsidiaries collectively hold 146,995,794 shares of the company, accounting for 24.00% of the total share capital. After this release of the pledge, the total number of pledged shares is 0, and there are no pledged shares in the company's holdings
