# LIVEN: Appointed Guo Mingzhao as the company's deputy general manager

On September 25th, LIVEN announced that the fifth meeting of the fourth board of directors reviewed and approved the "Proposal on the Appointment of the Company's Vice President," agreeing to appoint Guo Mingzhao as the company's vice president, with a term starting from the date of approval by this board meeting until the expiration of the term of the fourth board of directors
