# HJHS: Received the Administrative Supervision Measures Decision from the Beijing Securities Regulatory Bureau

On September 25th, HJHS announced that the company received a warning letter from the Beijing Securities Regulatory Commission regarding Beijing HJHS Pipeline Co., Ltd., Tian Yubo, Sun Xue, Wei Liangbin, and Zhang Haifeng. Upon investigation, the company was found to have issues such as irregular financial accounting, failure to properly disclose significant litigation, and failure to properly disclose related party transactions. The company's chairman and general manager Tian Yubo, board secretary Sun Xue, then CFO Wei Liangbin, and Zhang Haifeng bear primary responsibility for the aforementioned matters. The Beijing Securities Regulatory Commission decided to impose administrative regulatory measures by issuing a warning letter to the company and the responsible individuals, which will be recorded in the capital market integrity file
