Following the sale, Mr. Tan's total shareholding decreased from 23.92 million shares (approximately 20.76% of the company's total issued shares) to 17.42 million shares (approximately 15.12% of the company's total issued shares). As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Tan continues to be a major shareholder of the company.
