# Dingtong plans to invest an additional USD 10 million in its subsidiary in Vietnam

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Dingtong Technology (688668.SH) stated that the company's board of directors previously reviewed and approved the proposal for external investment to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Vietnam, planning to invest no more than 15 million USD for the new wholly-owned subsidiary in Vietnam. Due to the needs for the preliminary construction of the factory, purchase of machinery and equipment, and operational development of the Vietnamese subsidiary, the company's board of directors and supervisory board reviewed and approved the proposal for additional investment in the wholly-owned subsidiary in Vietnam, agreeing to increase the capital of DINGTONG TECHNOLOGY (VIETNAMESE) SDN. BHD. with its own funds, with a total capital increase of 10 million USD (to be invested in batches according to the project progress)
