# One of the controlling shareholders of JUFEI, Li Xiaodan, intends to transfer 7.06% of the shares through an agreement

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JUFEI (300303.SZ) announced that one of its controlling shareholders, Ms. Li Xiaodan, signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" with domestic individual Mr. Qiu Shengfu, agreeing to transfer 100 million shares of the company through an agreement transfer method, accounting for 7.06% of the total share capital of the listed company. The share transfer price agreed upon by Ms. Li Xiaodan and Mr. Qiu Shengfu is 5.74 yuan/share, with a total transaction price of 574 million yuan
