# Acter Technology Integration's controlling shareholder commits to not reducing their holdings of the company's stock within 12 months

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Acter Technology Integration (603163.SH) has recently received a commitment letter from its controlling shareholder Sheng Huei International CO.Ltd. (referred to as "Sheng Huei International") regarding the non-reduction of shares in Sheng Huei System Integration Group Co., Ltd.

Based on confidence in the company's future development prospects and recognition of its value, in order to promote the continuous, stable, and healthy development of the company, effectively safeguard the interests of a wide range of investors, and enhance investor confidence, the controlling shareholder Sheng Huei International CO.Ltd. voluntarily commits that within 12 months starting from October 13, 2025, Sheng Huei International will not actively reduce its holdings of the company's shares in any way. Shares increased during the aforementioned commitment period due to stock dividends, capital reserve transfers to increase capital, rights issues, and other reasons will also comply with the aforementioned non-reduction commitment
